In particular, your data may be accessible to i) GreenLight Collaboration’s staff in the USA or ii) may be stored by GreenLight Collaboration’s hosting service provider on servers in the USA as well as in the EU. These Data Processor Agreements that are designed to help safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a misuse of your personal data.

How long we keep your personal data

We will hold all the data for so long as we have an obligation to the Customer to provide the Services, and thereafter until such time as we delete the Customer’s account in accordance with our Customer Terms and Conditions.

Your personal information will be deleted on one of the following occurrences:

  1. deletion of your personal information by you (or by another person engaged by the Customer); or
  2. Receipt of a written request by you (or another person engaged by the Customer) to us.

Children’s Privacy Policy.

The Site is not intended for individuals under thirteen years of age. We do not permit use of the Site by anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly, directly, or passively collect information from children under age 13. If you are under 13 years of age, you should stop using this Site.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
